How Orders Work at Kozuguru

At Kozuguru, we appreciate your business, and we wanted to share a little bit about our processes, policies and procedures for your order. 

We have multiple types of products that can be ordered:

  • In-Stock: These items dispatch daily from our warehouse in Los Angeles.
  • Just In Time: We work with distributors to ship these items to you- they're not in stock with us, but they're available for order, and can reach you in a short timeframe.
  • Preorders: For limited run or new items, we offer preorders, which reserve your place in line for the product, and also help let the manufacturer know how many of an item to make. The preorder period may take place up to two years before the product's expected delivery date.

With orders that contain a combination of item availabilities, our order support team works to regularly offer split shipment options for items that have already arrived, even if the rest of your order isn't here yet.  

When you have preordered an item from us, we update you regularly via e-mails as we get more updated timeframe information from our manufacturers and distributors, and, of course, if you ever have any questions, you are welcome to contact our customer support team any time day or night at support@kozuguru.com
